I specialize in complex interfaces and systems in ecommerce, consumer and B2B. My clients solutions manifest in responsive websites, native mobile apps, and custom software running on devices.
I partner with product and business owners to bring a user-centric perspective to the business strategy and planning phase of projects. Defining business goals that support user goals leads to product decisions that are better-informed and measurable using each company's own key criteria for success.
With a clear strategic direction, I work with the team to create an interface that prioritizes your business' key users and scenarios. This results in user stories and design deliverables that set your engineering team up for success in delivering products that meet your business goals.
My clients are enabling their customers to educate primary school children, build custom stock portfolios, invest in IPOs, use cryptocurrency through their bank, find enterprise software partners, perform market research for sales, magnify business' social media presence, and more.
